Amazing cakes and treats. I have tried all kinds of food from their cafe & am always impressed. I got multiple birthday cakes, cookies, macarons from this location and love them all. I stopped by the other day for my birthday cake and the staff were so helpful in advising which cake would be the best. They were so nice and helpful. The service was quick and the packaging of the cake was done with care and intention. We got the yogurt blueberry cake and it was by far the best cake I’ve had at Tous Les Jours 😍

Large selection of bakery items and drinks. Unfortunately, the smoothie I tried was a major disappointment. It was advertised as a strawberry smoothie but had an unpleasant aftertaste that made it hard to finish. I’m not sure what caused it, but it’s definitely not something I would order again. This was especially disappointing given that their prices are quite high, which alone makes it difficult to justify a return visit. Adding to the negative experience was the poor customer service. I witnessed a worker respond very rudely and unhelpfully to a couple who asked a simple question about items in one of the display cases. Instead of assisting them, the employee told them to “just look in the box” and figure it out themselves. The interaction was surprising and left a bad impression overall.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while after seeing so much buzz about it, and I’m glad I finally did. Because it’s located inside Lotte Market, it gets very packed. It honestly felt like you needed to know exactly what you wanted before getting there—which was tough since it was my first visit. That said, I did like the self-service concept. We picked a strawberry donut, a ganache tart, and a bag of breadsticks, and at the cashier added a pack of six macarons. Flavor-wise, it was a bit of a mixed experience. The donut filling leaned more savory than expected, and the breadsticks were sweet when I was expecting savory—unexpected, a little confusing, but still interesting. The ganache tart was good, though probably not something I’d order again. The real standout was the macarons: absolutely excellent. The Earl Grey flavor in particular is a must-try and completely worth it. The staff was helpful and efficient when assisting with the macarons and at checkout. However, given how crowded it was, I didn’t feel very comfortable asking questions or taking my time to explore options. Love love love this place. My first experience was in Virginia and was surprised to find it here in the Jacksonville area. I was told that they are building another one in the Baymeadows area. A win all the way around!!! The choices and options abound, while everything I have ever tried was fresh and well-made. The taste of all the various delights was amazing. I take pics every time just to attempt to plan what I will try the next time. I'm truly like a kid in a candy store. The cakes present well making me want to buy one of each and freeze them, however, they offer each as a slice so I did that instead. Whew, a diabetic's bittersweet nightmare, lol. (So I do have to pace myself) The machiatto was delicious, I did have to request that they heat it up a bit more, to which the staff was more than happy to do. Very attentive.

It was amazing! So many options and everything I tried tasted great! Especially I enjoyed the honey cheese pancakes! Definitely coming back! The space though is super small but it’s so worth it!
